How to Upload Crew Contracts and Edit Crew Permissions

In this video, I will show you how to upload contracts for crew members and how to update custom permissions by crew role. This is useful when different crew members need different access levels, approvers, or responsibilities within the project.

To upload a contract, open the Crew menu in your project. Locate the crew member and click the Upload button on their row. Select the contract file from your computer to attach it. If you ever need to change it, you can click the Contract button and select Replace to upload a new version.

To update specific access rights, click the menu button and select Permissions. This opens a matrix where you can explicitly toggle what this specific crew member can do—such as View, Create, Update, or Delete—for different sections like Purchase Orders, Budget, or Reports. Click Save Changes to apply.

To update a crew member’s personal details, select Edit Member. You can modify their basic info, banking information, or address here.

If a crew member no longer needs access, you can Archive them. This revokes their access to the project while preserving their historical activity for auditing purposes.
