How to Enter & Modify Your Budget

In this video, I will show you how to enter your budget.

First, open your Project and select the Budget menu. This page displays your budget categories, descriptions, and amounts.

To add a budget line manually, click Add. Select the Budget Line (which links to your Chart of Accounts), enter the Amount, and add a description if needed. Click Create New to save it.

If you already have a budget prepared outside the system, you can Import it. Click Import and download the CSV Template. Fill in your budget details in the spreadsheet—it is important to note that the Account Code is mandatory for the system to map costs correctly. Once ready, drag and drop your file here and click Import.

To quickly update a budget line, you don’t need to open a menu. Simply double-click on a cell, such as the amount or description, make your change, and press Enter to save instantly. All updates are reflected immediately in your reports.

If a budget line is no longer needed, click the menu button on the right and select Delete to remove it.
