It governs your access to and use of the Periscope software and services, including its modules for accounting, budgeting, and purchase orders (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to this Agreement.

3. Description of Service

Periscope is a suite of production accounting tools delivered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS), including:

  • Accounting module
  • Line budgeting module
  • Purchase order (PO) module

The Service is provided via the internet through web-based applications.

4. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time without notice.

5. Subscription and Pricing

Subscriptions start at $29/month. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Filma reserves the right to:

  • Change subscription fees or pricing structure
  • Introduce new pricing models, including one-time or enterprise fees

Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle. Charges are processed via your selected payment method. You are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate billing information.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access will continue through the end of the paid period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the guarantee at any time.

Periscope may integrate with third-party applications (e.g., Xero). You are solely responsible for complying with third-party terms. Filma is not responsible for any data loss or issues related to third-party integrations.

14. Limitation of Liability

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
